Laura Mazier graduated with a Bachelor in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa and obtained her personal training certification through the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology upon graduation. Shortly after, she obtained her diploma in Pedorthics from the University of Western Ontario.
By combining both disciplines, she has developed a philosophy of using custom made foot orthotics as healing devices, while at the same time working on soft tissue maintenance to strengthen the body’s structures and make the body work more efficiently. Because she makes the custom made foot orthotics herself, she is able to develop creative solutions to correct for more complex pathomechanics and joint deformities.
Her mission in life is to evoke the love of being active and living life to the fullest from everyone she encounters.
